QUIMPER women's parka paper sewing pattern
Quimper is a women's windbreaker, raincoat, or parka pattern. This design is available in three lengths: short, mid-length, and long. Quimper has two collar options: a lined hood or a ribbed collar. The front has a zipper, as do the sides, which are optional. This design is available with or without a lining.
A practical and comfortable garment to combat bad weather or for urban looks.

Fabrics & Supplies
- Fabric suggestions
- Main fabric: cotton fabric like gabardine or denim (for parkas or jackets), synthetic fabric like polyamide, polyester of varying thickness, coated fabric (for raincoats), or water-repellent fabric (for lightweight windbreakers or bomber-style jackets).
- Lining (for hood and pocket bottom, optional for body and sleeves): cotton or viscose poplin, fine synthetic fabric (nylon-like), microfleece or sherpa. Prefer fine synthetic fabrics for sleeves (with optional batting for winter).
- Ribbing for optional ribbed collar.
- Supplies
- Fine woven interfacing.
- 1 separable zipper (single slider or double slider for mid-length and long versions).
- 1 elastic band 2 cm wide for the cuffs, and optionally 3 cm for the hem of the short version.
- optional: 1 cord for the hood and 1 for the drawstring.
- optional: 2 eyelets for the hood and 2 for the drawstring (8 to 10 mm in diameter).
- optional: 2 cord stops for the hood cord and 2 for the drawstring.
- optional: 2 non-separable zippers (for the sides of mid-length and long versions) 20 cm long.
