LOUISE children's blouse and dress paper pattern
Louise is a children's blouse and dress pattern with a yoke and the detail that makes all the difference: a pretty ruffled collar. This model can be made with long sleeves with cuffs and slits or with short, flared, butterfly-style sleeves. It features an opening in the back and small ruffles at the armholes and back.
